Would not recommend this community
Some of the staff members were great and some were not. When we took him out of this community and into his new one, they told us when they washed him that he was extremely dirty. We did not realize how bad management was. Also the physical therapy quality was just not there.

Looks good
I looked at The Willows for my parents but decided to try home care first. The Willows staff I met with seemed very friendly and helpful and professional. If my parents do need more care than they are receiving now, I will most likely move them here.
