My Father's extended family
The attention to detail and loving staff has made this long term personal care facility the very best of choices for my father. The staff is very sensitive to each individual and has made my father feel as though he was among family! The Activities provided allowed my father to feel as though he was a part of a group involved in multiple activities through-out the week. Activities always brought a smile to his face especially since he had a very sharp mind. I appreciate the special care that my father gave our family and my father in his time of need. I will suggest this Residental personal community to all my closest friends.

GROSSLY POOR SENIOR CARING!
NOT A PLACE TO LEAVE YOUR LOVE ONE. FROM OWNERS DOWN TO MANAGEMENT. NO CONCERNS FOR RESIDENTS. NEEDS NEW OWNERS AND NEW MANAGEMENT. IT CHEAPER FOR SURE AND THE SERVICES IS AS WELL. FOOD IS BASIC AND NOT PREPARE DELICIOUSLY MOST OF THE TIME. THE COMPASSION IS NOT THERE IT WOULD BE IN BEST INTEREST YOU SEEK ELSEWHERE. DONOT BE PULL IN BY PRICE AND FALSE PROMISES.

good choice
My mom is very happy here. She has lived in larger facilities and is much more comfortable in a smaller place. We are very happy with the staff, the activity director is wonderful and the manager responds to concerns in a timely manner. Over all the food is good, they have vegetables and salads with each meal. There are daily actitvities and outings.

Bad Choice
Big employee turnover,Executive Director's total focus is making money not the welfare of the residents. She lies to cover up negligence and puts up a big front, but residents are neglected. This place is a nightmare. If something goes wrong and your loved one is injured or neglected, you will never find out what really happened.Gross negligence and a lack of communication here, but if your payment is a day late you will hear about that right away.My advice is to choose a different facility.

Mother was happy until her purse was stolen!
The apartment is nicely furnished and the food is good. Mother was pleased with the care giving staff and the types and amounts of meals and snacks. When her purse was stolen, she became extremely unhappy, as would anyone. The police came and took a report after Mother called them. The management would not have called the police. One of her credit cards has been used and hopefully we will find out who stole an elder ladies purse and prosecute. The management did not assist mother is calling to cancel everything and has been indifferent to the situation. I expected more from them. Mother was only there for respite care from a fall that injured her shoulder. None of the family lives in Georgia and could not be there for her. I don't believe management has taken proper screening methods for their employees nor questioned them after the incident. We are having licensed, bonded and insured live-in help and moving mother back to her home.
