<p>The four-to-one resident to caregiver ratio enables caregivers to get to know their residents, helping them provide personalized care. The expertly trained staff works tirelessly to make life easier for each resident. They are happy to provide memory care, diabetic care, incontinence care, medication management, hospice care, and more. Additionally, the home regularly provides physician visits and scheduled specialist visits when required. Supervised care is available around the clock to help ensure safety. Alarm systems are also placed on exit doors for security.</p>
<p>The home aims to eliminate the stress that comes with everyday tasks by taking care of maintenance, housekeeping, laundry, and cooking. The cooking staff provides three nutritious meals and numerous snacks daily. They are happy to accommodate special diets and preferences for residents.</p>

<p>Avendelle Assisted Living Spanky Branch is a <em>Type B assisted living facility</em>. In the state of Texas, these terms are defined as follows:</p>
<p><strong>Assisted Living Facility</strong><br>
A facility that provides personal care services and administration of medication to 4 or more residents. Assisted living facilities can accept residents with dementia and/or Alzheimer’s. There are 3 types of assisted living facilities:</p>
<p><u>Type A</u>: A facility that may provide room and board to residents who are physically and mentally capable of evacuating the facility unassisted.<br>
