Because caregivers don't carry ID cards, my loved one is answering the door to a perfect stranger who claims to be with Senior Helpers.\nSome caregivers have poor English language skills, making one on one communication quite difficult\nQuality of care -\nOne caregiver, [name removed] is excellent. Provides very good care, has an excellent relationship with client.
