Getting people to work is terrible. Hire someone and you're lucky if they even show up or stay past a few days when asked to help fill in. Sadly places like Royal Care are feeling this, but they are also lucky to have staff that will step up and help wherever they're needed. The burn out for this field is rampant. The only reason I rated activities at a 3 is because there currently is not an activities director. I know they're working on it. Overall we've had a great experience. I like that they give open and honest responses to questions and don't try to hide anything. Also, no need to set appointments to go there.
