This move was a welcomed relief from her former residence. I feel confident that RM is providing the care they promise! My mother's spirit has been lifted and positive because of the quality of staff and residents, all of which are very kind and genuine. She goes outside daily for activities and fresh air. She is not lost in the business of caregiving. If she is not out of her room in the morning someone will make sure she gets up. If she is not at the table for a meal, someone will go find her! If it is time for her meds, they come to her and make sure she takes everything. Should she be reluctant or refuse, the care team has a fabulous way to rephrase requests or they come back in 10 minutes and try again. I am very pleased thus far, with no complaints!
