Beware
Please do your research on Phyllis Russell. This person had children removed from her home and her license revoked for multiple accusations of abuse towards children that she fostered. I'm sure it is public record. I lived in her home and have personally witnessed her nasty, hateful behavior towards many many people, to include her own family. If you love your family, please look elsewhere for the love of God.
