Not sure if it's the staffs duty to see that she's bathing and washing her clothes but for what we are paying, I think they should do that. Value for cost - giving it a 4 only because it is very expensive. I'm sure my mom will run out of money before she passes away. Because they don't accept Medicare, she will have to be moved to a different facility when that time comes which is very unfortunate. The only other thing I would say is there seems to be a small lack of communication. I was under the impression that Oak Pointe would be giving my mom both her injections. The nurse told me she hadn't signed up to give one of them. I \"think\" she is planning on giving it now.
