Horrible Smell
The director and staff were unresponsive. Their staff turned over all the time - there was no consistency. The place smelled terrible, this is not a nursing home, it's a memory care unit. Apparently there was a resident that was causing problems, but the smell should have never been that bad.

Less institutional
It would have been high on our list, actually the highest, we were awaiting feed back form them. When they had called us I told them we were already committed elsewhere but I think it was a marginal classification of the amount of resources she had and they were looking for someone with more. We would not have been uncomfortable here, their costs were similar to other options and it also did not have the "institutional" feel we were avoiding.
