Needs Improvement with Management Present
They should offer activities. It's a nice facility. I picked this community, because of the cleanliness ,friendliness, and value for money. Management is in transisition and they don't have new managment in place. The residents seem to be unhappy, because they don't have a property manager at the time.

It's Not The Community They Say They Are
I would not recommend the community due to management in the community. There is a form letter they use and it doesn't always apply to the same situation. I believe they need to have another individual at the front desk.
I had family members here as well, and they were very quick to inquire if a family member would be stay in in the community after the death of a loved one. They didn't even give condolences for the loss of our family member.
The apartments were very spacious, with high ceilings, great circulation of air. There are even decks available for apartments. There were new appliances in the apartment I had. The first day I tried to use the washer the entire door broke, and it took over 20 days to replace the washer in my apartment, and then the community asked for me to prove that I didn't do this with malice.
I was expecting more community activities with other residents such as travel stories, coffee mornings, and more.

I would recommend
The apartment was lovely, but in the beginning was the covid pandemic so with all the restrictions is very lonely. They did work really hard to keep the community clean and the activities are slowly starting to open back up
