You have to communicate with their office regarding scheduling. For instance, we had a caregiver with an varying schedule. She was a college student who had to go home for the summer. So you have to coordinate with their director to make sure that the new person knows what's going on. But they seem to be very good at orientation. All in all, we've had good experiences with the caregivers. My loved one has been happy with them.
