They were able to provide a well-trained care worker for a 4 hour shift to drive mom to the grocery store, assist her with shopping, and carrying the groceries into the house. (They would have also helped unpack and put away, but she wouldn't let them.) One care worker was even able to convince her to buy a salad. :-) I found all the care staff, office staff, and sales rep (who wasn't at all \"sales-y\") to be knowledgeable, empathetic, practical and well organized.
