Pleased with the service
It took us a few tries to find an aide who had good chemistry with our loved one, but we're very pleased with the service now. Everyone we've worked with has been friendly and professional, and they were happy to work with us in finding just the right person.

Have not seen the value
We have been using them for 3 months. The caregivers do a good job. However with the numerous missed schedules, changes in promised caregivers and administrative errors, I have lost confidence in BrightStar being dependable. In addition their hourly prices are well above the average. To date I have not seen the service that would warrant the high price of $28/hr.

they know what is expected
Everything is going good with BrightStar. They have very capable care givers. They know what needs to be done and they know how to do those things as well. It seems like they know what needs to get done before you have to tell them. They know how to do the things you expect them to know how to do. We had dealt with companies before and they people wouldn't know how to load a dishwasher or something but with BrightStar we have not had any issues like that. We are very satisfied with them and would recommend them to anyone looking for in home care.
