I would recommend this facility for long term or rehabilitation in a heartbeat. My mom does not require much care at this point but Autumn Lake has done a good job with her medicines and therapy. My mom is still transitioning and has not used the dining facilities yet. But says the food is very good. My mom always prided her cooking and I was surprised at how happy she has been with the food.
