Family Oriented
This they are very family orient – the comfort of the family and for providing as much care as possible – within the scope of their practice. Food is fresh – prepared there on the day that it is served. It’s all healthy and fresh, not something warmed up out of the freezer.

This place is just like home!
As a nurse with home health agencies in south FL, I see a LOT of ALFs, and Angel House is the best one yet. Every time I go there (3 years so far) it's better than the last time. The caregivers are very kind and they're engage with the residents. Not like some places that may be clean and follow the rules of the state, but they lack warmth... Staff sit around at many places, with residents staring at TV or asleep in a chair. Angel House is so happy, the residents are smiling, the ALF has a Lot of entertainment and activities. Live music I think twice weekly, that's crazy for a small place - they have that maybe twice a year most places. In fact, the big ALFs with 200 people typically have a self-playing piano in the lobby to impress visitors, but Residents don't see it. This is a house, so it's cozier, but the services are much better than most home ALFs. The food smells delicious and looks very appetizing, and the Residents I work with say it's always good. From a clinical view, the home is clean, well organized, and lately in the evening they have soothing music like at a spa, with birds chirping to beautiful melodies in the morning, to wake the elderly gently... I just Love that idea! The owner got these wireless speakers and put them throughout the home, it's just so big time on a small scale, it's amazing. I would not hesitate to recommend anyone to either Daycare or residential care at the family-friendly ALF home. Angel House is very popular with family members I've spoken to as well.
