The amenities are as advertised. \nRent, power, water, trash, cable, internet are all included in monthly rent. Flyers are posted in various areas so people know about movies in the theater, or when to join other community activities. There is a resort feel here & the indoor corridors and elevators make it easy and safe to move around the building. There are easy-access trash chutes, large rolling dolly-carts for transporting things in and out of the building. Most packages are delivered right to the apartment door. The common areas are well-maintained. The people living here seem nice.
