We work to keep our home as clean and welcoming as possible, and our enticing curb appeal shows it!</p>
<h3>Living Options and Amenities</h3>
<p>At 1 AAA, we want everyone’s individual personalities to shine and allow residents to decorate and furnish their rooms as they wish. We enable you to maintain your dignity and privacy, and offer a choice of shared or single rooms. Floor plans and features are designed for ease of movement and accessibility for those with limited mobility. Living quarters include heating and air conditioning, as well as cable TV and internet.</p>
<h3>Dining Amenities</h3>
<p>Our dining area has a spacious open floor plan, perfect for everyone to gather as a family. We provide all our residents with three meals a day, plus snacks in between. With such a small occupancy, it is easy for us to accommodate dietary restrictions and personal preferences, including options such as vegetarian fares or low sodium content. We are happy to individualize our meals to make you or your loved one as comfortable and healthy as possible.</p>
<h3>Common Areas</h3>
<p>All common areas, indoor and out, are designed for accessibility to accommodate our residents with low mobility. Flow, functionality, and fun are what our spaces are focused on. Our indoor areas include a large main living space and dining room, where our residents can sit and relax, maybe watch a favorite movie or show together, or participate in social activities or games. Outdoor common areas are also a favorite place for our residents to gather – our delightfully landscaped front lawn, with a lush, green yard and colorful flowers, is a nice place to kick back and take in the pleasant neighborhood surroundings. Our backyard is complete with a shaded patio that is just perfect for cookouts and barbecues, and even includes jacuzzi tubs to soak in.</p>

Our staff works thoughtfully to plan all activities according to the individual life experiences and interests of our residents.
