Long waits after 8am-5pm to get someone to answer doorbell, like after dinner 7pm. Normal assisted living seemed fine, but memory care seemed to be taxing to personnel. Very good access to Director Company was fairly easy to work with.

Everyone is trustworthy - good to each other. My wife is on the specialized memory care unit. It is awesome and she gets the programing for her memory loss. Safeness is all around her.
